the stay was an absolute disappointment—much to my dismay, the bathroom was filthy and the shower was broken, splashing water everywhere! how charming! plus, when I asked for a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, I was met with utter indifference. I almost wrote a flattering review but just couldn’t because they really didn't seem to care.

The suite was spacious, featuring a functional kitchen and a comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked great for streaming.

The hotel definitely needs renovations!!! The shower had signs of mildew, and the carpet bore stains. The TVs barely functioned, plagued with issues, and the furniture looked tired and worn out. Definitely disappointing!!!

I recently enjoyed a stay in a spacious King Studio Sofa Bed Non-Smoking room that felt like a cozy apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impressive, and I appreciated the well-organized breakfast setup that provided a good variety of options. However, it would be great if they could improve the speed of breakfast service, as it felt a bit slow with only one staff member attending to a busy crowd.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family, being close to Tanger Outlets and Crosswinds Golf Club. Our Queen Studio Sofa Bed felt more like a spacious apartment and provided all we needed for our stay, making the whole trip comfortable for me and my relatives.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more options.

Amazing hotel with amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff even helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend trying their seasonal outdoor pool for relaxation. I’ll be back for Easter!
